CITY OF RRMB£Y <br />PROPDBED DEVELOPMENT ABREEIWIENT <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I Thai contract entered into tht~ day of L , <br /> 1985, between the City of Ramsay, heretr, af%ep t~efepped to ~ <br /> "City," and Mr. Michael Kovar~ hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Applicant," in conjunction with plat approval of Kovar Addition. <br /> <br />The plat of Kovar Addition is hereby granted approval contingent <br />upc. n the Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The entrances to Kovar Addition from Highway 10 shall <br />be blacktopped and shall conform to Minnesota Depart- <br />ment of Transportation requirements. <br /> <br />Access to each lot and parking for each lot shall be <br />required to be blacktopped as each lot in the plat de- <br />velops. <br /> <br />Drainage and parking <br />develops and shall <br />design review process. <br /> <br /> shall be considered as each lot <br />be reviewed in the site plan and <br /> <br />The approval of Kovar Addition shall apply to that <br />property legally described as .follows: <br />That part of Lots 4 and 5, Auditor's Subdivison No. 31, <br />according to the map or plat therof on file and on <br />cord in the office of the County Recorder in and for <br />Anoka County, Minnesota AND that part of the Southwest <br />quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section ~7, Town- <br />ship 32, Range ~5, Anoka County, Minnesota, described <br />as follows: Commencing at the Southeast cor~er of said <br />Lot 4; thence Northeasterly along the Southwesterly <br />line of said Lot 4 and the northerly right-of-way line <br />of U.S. Highways No. 10,52, and 169 as now monumented, <br />a distance of 675 feet to the actual point of beginning <br />of the tract of land hereby described~ thence ~ontinu- <br />lng Northwesterly along said Southwesterly line of Lots <br />4 and 5 and said Northerly right-of-way line, a distance <br />of 739.~3 feet, ~ore or less, to its intersection with <br />a point o~ said Northerly right-of-way line distanct <br />743.38 feet Southeasterly as measured along said North- <br />e~-ly right-of-way line from the West line of the South- <br />west quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section ~7; <br />thence Northerly and parallel with the West line of the <br />Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section <br />27 and its extension Southerly a distance of 355.61 <br />feet, ~ore op less, to its intersection with the South- <br />erly right-of-way line of Burlington Northern, Inc.~ <br />thence Southeasterly along said Southerly eight-of-way <br />line and the Northeasterly line of Lots 5 and 4, a dis- <br /> <br /> <br />
