I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSE¥ <br /> <br />PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />~his contract entered into this day of , 1985, <br />between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City," <br />and Mr. Allan E. Johnson, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in <br />oonjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of a Conditional <br />Use Permit to sell automobiles and to utilize a mobile home for <br />temporary office space in an I-1 Industrial District. <br /> <br />The conditional use permit is hereby granted oontingent upon the <br />Applicant agreeing to and oomplying with the followin9 <br />condi tions: <br /> <br />1) Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities <br /> will be provided on the site; <br /> <br />2) At no time shall the Applicant have more than 40 <br /> vehicles for sale on the premises; <br /> <br />3) There shall be no salvage or junk yard activities con- <br /> ducted from this business or in conjunction with this <br /> business (the intention of this restriction is to pro- <br /> hibit solicitation and/or sales of auto parts); <br /> <br />4) Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the premises if it <br /> should receive oomplaints from adjoining property owners; <br /> and <br /> <br />5) A permanent office structure will be erected in accordance <br /> with City Code and U.B.C. requirements and the mobile home <br /> will be removed from the site no later than September 1, 1986. <br /> <br />6) This Conditional Use Permit shall apply to that property <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, Auditors Subdivision 34, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: cotmmencing at the South- <br />east corner of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on the <br />Southwesterly line of said Lot 7, a distance of 770 feet; <br />thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot <br />7 and to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7; thence <br />Southeasterly on said Northeasterly line a distance of <br />350 feet to the point of beginning of land to be <br />described; thence South and parallel with the East line of <br />said LOt 7 and to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7; <br />thence Southeasterly on said Southwesterly line a distance <br />of 180 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line <br />of said Lot 7 and to the Northwesterly line of said Lot 7; <br />thence Northwesterly on said Northeasterly line and to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> <br />
