I I I I CITY OF RAMSE¥ PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT ~his contract entered into this day of , 1985, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City," and Mr. Allan E. Johnson, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in oonjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of a Conditional Use Permit to sell automobiles and to utilize a mobile home for temporary office space in an I-1 Industrial District. The conditional use permit is hereby granted oontingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and oomplying with the followin9 condi tions: 1) Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be provided on the site; 2) At no time shall the Applicant have more than 40 vehicles for sale on the premises; 3) There shall be no salvage or junk yard activities con- ducted from this business or in conjunction with this business (the intention of this restriction is to pro- hibit solicitation and/or sales of auto parts); 4) Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the premises if it should receive oomplaints from adjoining property owners; and 5) A permanent office structure will be erected in accordance with City Code and U.B.C. requirements and the mobile home will be removed from the site no later than September 1, 1986. 6) This Conditional Use Permit shall apply to that property legally described as follows: That part of Lot 7, Auditors Subdivision 34, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: cotmmencing at the South- east corner of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7, a distance of 770 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly on said Northeasterly line a distance of 350 feet to the point of beginning of land to be described; thence South and parallel with the East line of said LOt 7 and to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly on said Southwesterly line a distance of 180 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 and to the Northwesterly line of said Lot 7; thence Northwesterly on said Northeasterly line and to the point of beginning.
