I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br /> Pursuant to City Charter Section 12.06, notice is hereby given that <br />the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March ?-6, <br />1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the vacation of <br />unnecessary public easements in the plat of River's Bend which are described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The northwesterly 5 feet of the southeasterly 10 feet of Lot 44, Block <br />6, River's Bend, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the southwesterly <br />10 feet thereof; and <br /> <br />The southeasterly 5 feet of the northwesterly 10 feet of Lot 45, Block <br />6, River's Bend, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the southwesterly <br />10 feet thereof; and <br /> <br />The northwesterly 5 feet of the southeasterly 10 feet of Lot 57, Block <br />6, River's Bend, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the southwesterly <br />10 feet thereof; and <br /> <br />The southeasterly 5 feet of the northwesterly 10 feet of Lot 58, Block <br />6, River's Bend, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the southwesterly <br />10 feet thereof. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment <br />on the easement vacations. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and should be addressed to the Ramsey <br />City Council, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
