Adoption of .Ordinance t85,3 Releagins Certain Easements the Plat of River's Bend: The City Council, at their regular meeting of March 26, 1985, introduced the above referenced ordinance which was also posted as required by the City ~harter. Inasmuch as the required three days has elapsed, this ordinance may now be adopted. Voting no . . . ~tem B: Introduction of Ordinance ~85,4. an Ordinance Amendina Ordinance ~84-13 reaardina City Fund~: Enclosure (D2-g) contains proposed Ordinance ~84-5 which is herewith submitted for your review pursuant to Section 7.09 of the City (]hatter and City Ordinance ~84-14. ~e purpose of the above proposed ordinance is to establish a special Revenue Fund, 'Landfill Abat~m~ent Fund ~225" which will control all of the ~nies received in accordance with Minnesota State Law Chapter 644 and the City of Ramsey's Ordinance ~84-14 entitled "Solid Waste Depositing Fee". Further, the above said fund will also control all expendi tures.
