I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Co unci lmembe ~ moved foz its &doption: introduced the following resolution and RES~TION ~85- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS (Ramsey Terrace ~84-16) WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the llth day of December, 1984, fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of the following streets: a) Krypton Street N.W. between 142nd Avenue N.W. and Industry Avenue N.W. (County Road ~116) b) Junkite Street N.W. between 140th Lane N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. c) Iodine Street N.W. between 140th Lane N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W. d) 140th Lane N.W. between Krypton Street N.W. and Iodine Street N.W. e) 142nd Avenue N.W. between the west plat boundary of Ramsey Terrace and the east plat boundary of Ramsey Terrace. AND WI~EREAS, fourteen days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 29th day of January, 1985, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, S~I~TE OF MINNES(FI~, as follows: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the resolution adopted the llth day of December, 1984. 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvament, ge shall prepare plans and specifications for the n~king of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of April, 1985.
