I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Counciln~r introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 885- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, River's Bend Properties, hereinafter "Developer" has <br />properly applied for plat approval of the following described <br />property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> All that part of Government Lot 6, Section 36, Township 32, <br /> Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as Commencing <br /> at the Northwest Corner of said Government Lot 6; thence <br /> South 0 degrees, 00 minutes, 17 seconds West along the West <br /> line thereof (being the line connecting said Northwest cor- <br /> ner of Government Lot 6 with a Judicial Landmark marking <br /> the Southwest oorner of the Northeast Quarter of said Sec- <br /> tion 36) for 1321.96 feet, more or less, to the last des- <br /> cribed line; thence North 89 degrees, 55 minutes, 33 seconds <br /> East along the westerly extension of the monumented North <br /> line of the duly reoorded plat of BROM ADDITION, said Anoka <br /> County, for 779.64 feet to a point on said North line of BROM <br /> ADDITION where the same intersects the centerline of State <br /> Trunk I~ighway No. 47 as now laid out and travelled, said <br /> point of intersection being the actual Point of Beginning of <br /> the land to be hereby described; thence northwesterly along <br /> said centerline, being a non-tangential curve concave to the <br /> northeast, radius 5734.34 feet, for a central angle of 4 de- <br /> grees, 47 minutes, 45 seconds, and a length of 480.00 feet <br /> (the chord of said curve is 479.86 feet in length and bears <br /> North 25 degrees, 00 minutes, 36 seconds West); thence North <br /> 67 degrees, 23 minutes, 17 seconds East, radial to said <br /> curve, for 400.00 feet; thence southeasterly along a non-tan- <br /> gential curve parallel with said centerline, radius 5334.34 <br /> feet, for a central angle of 7 degrees, 02 minutes, 24 <br /> seconds, and length 655.44 feet, more or less, to intersect <br /> said North line of BROM ADDITION; thence South 89 degrees, <br /> 55 minutes, 33 seconds West along said North line of BROM <br /> ADDITION for 454.88 feet, more or less, to the Point of Be- <br /> ginning. Excepting therefrom the southwesterly 63.00 feet, <br /> as measured at right angles, thereof taken for right-of-way <br /> of said State Trunk Bighway No. 47. Subject to easements of record. <br /> which plat is to be known as Oxbow Addition, hereinafter known as <br /> "Plat;" and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, pursuant <br />to Chapter 170.03 held a public hearing on the proposed plat on <br />January 15, 1985, which hearing was duly lm~blished in the City's <br />legal newspaper and written notice of the hearing was given <br />pursuant to law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting on <br />March 5, 1985 recommended the City grant preliminary approval of <br />the Plat; and <br /> <br /> <br />
