I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Counci ]member moved for its adoption: introduced the fo]lowing resolution and RESOLUTION t85- RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF FUNDS FOR CHANGE ORDER t3 FOR PRCOECTS t84-12 AND $84-18 WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. submitted a letter to Ms. Jeanne Haapala, Chief City Accountant dated March 29, 1985, outlining the revised extension costs on 1984 Series II Bond Issue as follows: Revenues Construction Costs $1,923,500.00 Total Surplus $ 90,587.50 AND WHEREAS, it has been determined the estimated cost of the extension on Change Order No. 3 is $65,188.00 plus 25 percent overhead the total construction cost is $81,485.00. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, S~]~TE OF MINNESO~, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves the project extension on the 1984 Series II bond in the amount of $65,188.00 plus 25 percent overhead totalling $81,485.00. 2) That a copy of this resolution be provided to the City Accounting Department. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 9th day of April, 1985.
