In addition, you should note receipt of the petition <br />for construction of the rear access road. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />STAFF REPORT ON SEALCOATI~]G: <br /> <br />As per your request, the City Staff has reviewed all the areas that <br />are proposed to be sealcoated in 1985. Enclosure (D2-d) contains the <br />City Engineer's report of that inspection. We would note that we do <br />concur with the Engineer's recommendation. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Your action will be to advise Staff if there are any areas where you <br />do not wish to hold the public hearing. This was placed on this <br />agenda because to wait until the March 26th meeting would have <br />resulted in inadequate notification time. <br /> <br /> <br />
