City <br />Planner Anne Norris stated that a t~me limit should not be requ/red with <br />proper phasing and adequate restoration. C~ssion oonsensus is that if Mr. <br />Sauter deviates from his grading plan, his operation will be ceased by way of <br />a permit ¥iolation. Co~ssio~er [~r noted that the pennit is no longer <br />being called a conditional use and therefore cannot be p~ssed onto the next <br />property o~ner. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
