I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I I i adopt i on: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESO~ 885- WHEREAS, the Long Term Financial Plan provides for landfill trust funds to be used solely for the 1985 capital improvement projects in Central Park. Refer to Council Resolution 184-257 dated DecOr 18, 1984 and approved City Park Budget for 1985; and WHEREAS, the 1985 City Park Budget provides for the transfer of $50,000 from Landfill Trust Fund 1803 to Park Fund 8215 for the purpose of capital improvements in Central Park. Refer to Council Resolution 884-256 dated December 18, 1985 and approved Long Term Financial Plan; and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission has requested that the City Council hereby approve of transferring said funds as adopted in the 1985 City Park Budget and Long Term Financial Plan which will be used for capital improv~nents at Central Park. N~ ~EREFORE, BE IT RES~L~ BY HE CITY fX]UNCIL OF T~E CIT~ OF RAMSEY, ANOKA (X)UNTY, STATE OF ~, as follows: 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves of transferring $50,000 from the Landfill Trust Fund to the Park Fund. 2) Further, the above stated funds are to be used solely for capital improv~ents at Central Park. 3) A oouy of this resolution will be furnished to the Accounting Department and Park and Recreation Commission. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd day of April, 1985.
