I <br /> I <br />I <br />'1 <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE 85- <br /> CITY OF RAMSE~ <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN <br /> MUNICIPALLY OWNED LAND IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br /> Section 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority <br />of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.05, and <br />pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 465.026. <br /> <br /> Section 2. CONVEYANCE <br /> <br /> The City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the conveyance by <br />Quit Claim Deed for $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration, <br />the following described real property to Rum River Hills, Inc., <br />a Minnesota corporation: <br /> <br /> Outlots A, B, D and E, plat of Rum River <br /> Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Section 3. RESTRICTIONS. <br /> <br /> The documents of conveyance shall contain the following <br />restriction: <br /> <br /> "This conveyance is subject to the condition that the land <br />herein granted shall be utilized for public recreational purposes, <br />specifically including a public golf course and all ancillary and <br />related facilities, which facilities shall be open to the general <br />public. Furthermore, the rates or fees charged for usage by the <br />general public shall be commensurate with, and not greater than the <br />range of fees charged by other such facilities within the Twin City <br /> <br /> <br />
