~d~: Request for Conditional Use Permit for Mining~ Case of Mr. Bud Sauter: Mr. Bud Sauter is requesting a conditional use permit to mine fill from and grade his land at the northeast corner of the intersection of Industry Avenue ~ and Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW. The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on this request at their April 2, 1985 meeting. The Commission recommended approval of the applicant's request, oontingent upon the applicant entering into a grading and mining permit agre~nent with the City. For your information, enclosure (D2-c) contains the following items: a) Application \~ Site location map ~,- ~ bc} Proposed grading plan d) Public hearing notice ~ % e) Letter from City Engineer dated March 29, 1985 ~~~ f) Public hearing meeting minutes and Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes dated April 2, 1985 Proposed findings of fact ~ ~~ ~I Proposed grading andmining permit agreement Council Action: Your action will be to adopt/amend the proposed findings of fact and to approve/deny/table Mr. Sauter's request for a conditional use permit for mining and grading.
