I Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the bills contained in the above enclosure. Unanimous consensus of the Council is required to dispense with the reading of the proposed resolution. Voting no Voting yes CASE ~13: RECEIPT OF PETITION AGAINST STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PINEVIf~ F~ UNPI~ AREA ¢~85-1).' This petition was received at the April 9, 1985 Council meeting but needed to have the signatures verified. Council, by motion, should acknowledge the receipt of the petition and order it placed on file· It represents more than 50% of the affected property owners in the district which, by Charter, precludes the City Council from proceeding with the project as proposed. E~closure (D2-w) contains a copy of the petition as received. Council Action: Your action will be to receive the petition.
