Mr. Salter ~ted that be agrees with the City Zngineer's r~nd~tion for 4:1 ~lopes and the grading plans will be revised ac~rdingly. Mr. Saucer s~ated that be feel~ the City should be approving a grading permit zather than a ~dr. ing permit as the grading pro<~ess wi.Il i~rove the property. Mr. Eauter also pointed out that all tol~il will be returned to the property ar~fl reseeded. Ommdssioner Deemer stated that the City will r~-~ a performanoe bond to ~sure that the property is restored. ~. ~auter replied that none of the cuts on the property will be more than 10 i feet; that ~ grading prooes$, without the reseeding he has agreed to do, will leave the property in an improved condition; ~eluctant to ~o a/ong with a I I I I I I O~missioner De~r replied that the depth of the cut t~s no bearing on whether or not a performance bond is required, Chainmmn Peterson inquired as to hv~ long the gra~ing process will take. Mr. Sauter ~eplied that the ~rading would take t~o to four years. Ommissioner Dc-uer suggested that the applicant take steps to eliminate the build up of dirt and rock that is bound to acc~nulate at the property acoess on Cry. 1~1. ~116. Mr. Sauter stated that he does have a front er~ loader and would be willing tc dean up the property acoess as required.
