I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PEIq~tIT This contract entered into this day of , 1985, between the City of Ramsey, hereinaf{er referred to as 'City," and Mr. Joseph J. Nyara, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant,' in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of a conditional use permit to operate a beauty shop from his home at 5320 155th Lane N.W. The conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: 1. Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be provided; 2. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided; Exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of the proposed use shall not be permitted except as per- mitted in Section 170.05 of the City Code; The City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the pre- raises at any reasonable time if it receives oomplaints from adjoining property owners; 5. The Applicant shall be the sole operator of the beauty shop and shall not e~ploy another beauty operator; 6. That said use shall take place solely within the principal structure; and 7. This conditional use permit shall apply to that property legally described as follows: That part of the North Half of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Lot 6, Block 5, Woodland Green, subject to eas~ent. The Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and shall be reviewed annm]lybyCity Staff. Any violations of the conditions described herein or any violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate revocation of this conditional use permit.
