Mr. Beinen stated <br />his Lots 8 and 9 would derive a drainage benefit from Mr. Sauter's grading <br />process and he is supportive of it. Mr. Beinen stated that he would like to <br />see the City require a buffer of trees. <br /> <br />Mr. Sauter replied that one of the City Engineer's stipulations is a buffer of <br />trees and the firm of Blackdog Landscape Builders has been engaged to plant a <br />row of evergreens along the north side of the property by April 20. <br /> <br />Mr. Sauter referred to erosion ooncernsand stated that it is planned to <br />return some of the property back to agriculture use as grading proceeds; in <br />the mining areas, the topsoil will be returned andseeded. <br /> April 2, 1985 <br /> <br />B~ge 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
