THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~ day of May, 1985, by and between the City of P~ms~y, hereinafter referred to as 'City', and Mr. Frank Schweder, hereinafter referred to as 'Applicant'. WHEREAS, the Applicant is seeking authorization to move a single f~ily residential structure fr~m the City of Eveleth to the City of Ramsey on the following described property, to wit: Lot 2, Block 4, Oakridge Estates AND WHEREAS, the Applicant has made proper application and paid the proper fees; and WHEREAS, the structure has been inspected by the Ramsey Building Official. NG~ ~EREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: 1) That the Applicant shall move a single family residential structure from Eveleth, Minnesota to Lot 2, Block 4, Oakridge Estates. 2) That all plumbing shall be tested in accordance with the requir~ents of the State Plumbing Code. 3) That all electrical circuits shall be tested in accordance wtih the requir~ents of the State Electrical 4) That any and all applicable City Codes shall be complied with. 5) That permits shall be issued for all phases of work as if for new construction. 6) That the Applicant shall o~mplete all construction prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 7) That the Applicant shall provide the City of Ramsey with a cash escrow or letter of credit in the amount of $300.00 guaranteeing compliance and completion of all work prior to October 15, 1985. 8) That the Applicant understands and agrees that failure to comply with any of the terms of this agreement will result in forfeiture of said escrow detailed in it~ ~7. 9) That the Applicant shall file with his deed a copy of his agreement and that the Applicant shall provide the City with proof of said filing prior to the issuanoe of his permit.
