,I I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I I I THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of May, 1985, by and between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Ms. Terri Peterson, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant". WHEREAS, the Applicant is seeking authorization to move a single family residential structure from the City of Brooklyn Center to the City of Ramsey on property located on 167th Avenue RD{; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has made property application and paid the proper fees; and WHEREAS, the structure has been inspected by the Ramsey Building Off icial. NC~ ~EREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: 1) That the Applicant shall move a single family residential structure from Brooklyn Center to the City of Ramsey on property located at 6530 - 167th Avenue N~. 2) That all plumbing shall be tested in accordance with the requir~nents of the State Pltmsbing Code. 3) That all electrical circuits shall be tested in accordance with the requir~ents of the State Electrical Code. 4) That the dwelling exterior shall be repainted. 5) That any and all applicable City Codes shall be complied with. 6) That permits shall be issued for all phases of work as if for new construction. 7) That the Applicant shall oomplete all construction prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 8) That the Applicant shall provide the City of Ramsey with a cash escrow or letter of credit in the amount of $300.00 guaranteeing oompliance and oompletion of all work prior to October 15, 1985. 9) That the Applicant understands and agrees that failure to comply with any of the terms of this agreement will result in forfeiture of said escrow detailed in it~ 88. 10) That the Applicant shall file with his deed a copy of his agreement and that the Applicant shall provide the City with proof of said filing prior to the issuance of his permit.
