The City has decided to delete the following items of work to the contract for this project. .Changes Decrease in Contract Price Delete 70' of 30" RCP Class V at $68.60/LF $4,802.00 The contractor agrees to give the City a lump sum credit of $3,000 for future restoration and installation of concrete and gutter $3,000.00 TOTAL DECREASE IN CONTRACT PRICE: $7,802.00 Reason for Change Order: The contractor has requested 70 feet of 30 inch RCP be deleted from the contract to avoid removal of the 142nd Avenue cul-de-sac in Flintwood Hills First Addition. This line is required for future service to Flintwood Hills First Addition and future development north and west of Flintwood Hills. Therefore, this line can be installed at the time trunk sewer is extended at the request of the existing homeowners or future developers. The contractor agrees to credit the existing project in the amount of $3,000 for future restoration and installation of curb and gutter. The amount of the contract will be decreased by the sum of $7,802.00. The contract total including this change order will be: $914,011.25. The contract period provided for completion will be unchanged. This document will become a supplement to the contract and all pro- visions will apply hereto. It is understood that this agreement is not valid until the appropriate signatures are affixed.
