Councilmember for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved RESOL~ ~85- RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER ~4 FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS ~84- 12 AND ~84-18 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the City of Ramsey: Resolution ~84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee Property) for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facil ities. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~84-191 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction Company for the construction of Trunk Sanitary Sewer; and AND WHEREAS, City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has presented Change Order No. 4 dated May 20, 1985 recking the following changes: Changes Decrease in Oontract Price 1) Delete 70' of 30" RCP Class V at $68.60/LF $4,802.00 2) The contractor agrees to give the City a lt~p sum credit of $3,000 for future restoration and in- stallation of concrete and gutter $3,000.00 TOTAL DE(IREASE IN OONglRAC~ PRICM $7,802.00 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA GOUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves the changes listed above on Change Order No. 4 dated May 20, 1985 as presented by City Engineer Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: Resolution ~85-
