Council~ember and m~ved for its adoption~ introduced the follovin9 resolution RESOLUTION 185- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR ARC0N CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (Project {84-12 AND {84-18 Tr~k Sanitary Sewer) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the City ofRamsey: Resolution {84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee property for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facilities. and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution {84-191 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction Company for the oonstruction of Trunk Sanitary Sewer; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated May 20, 1985, Arcon Construction Company in the amount of $116,352.73. NC~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKAGOONTY, STATE OFMINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Arcon Construction Company for Trunk SanitarySewerintheamountof $116,352.73. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution {85- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on May 28, 1985, approving payment of the bills for the month ~ May. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by
