(See attached sketch). <br /> <br />In accordance with my October 18, 1984 letter concerning this <br />vacation, Mr. Kellogg has stated that he would excavate the existing <br />easement between Lots 3 and 4, Block 4 to provide an alternate ponding <br />area. <br /> <br />Currently, the easement between Lots 3 and 4, Block 4 does not provide <br />any benefit to the City. By excavating, it can be used for ponding. <br />In addition, if a storm drain pipe was installed in the future <br />between Lots 3 and 4, Block 4, the cost of installation would be less <br />if it was excavated. <br /> <br />Please place this item on the May 28, 1985 council agenda for <br />consideration by the City Council. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please let me know. <br /> <br />Yours truly, <br /> <br />HAKANSON ANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br />Peter R.
