The ratio between the amount of <br />land shaded ~ the vertical protection of the branches <br />and foliage area of 8tandin9 trees to the total area of <br />land, usually expressed as peroentage. <br /> <br />~y~.~~. For the purposes <br />of these regulations, a lot shall be considered to be <br />an individ,~l building site which shall be occupied by <br />no more than one Ixincipal structure equipped with sani- <br />tary facilities. <br /> <br />NonconfQ~ming Use Any use of land established before <br />the effective date of this ordinance which does not <br />conform to the use restrictions of a particular zoning <br />district.
