(b) The hearing will be conducted in ac- cordance with Minnesota Statutes 105.44, Subdivision5 and 6 (1971) as amended. (c) The Op~missioner shall either certify his approval or disapproval of the proposed action within thirty (30) days of the hearing. e) The following recreational uses shall require certification approval by the Com- missioner: (i) Coverrm~ental campgrounds (ii) Private campgrounds (iii) Public accesses, road access type with boat launching facilities (iv) Public accesses, trail access type (v) Tmporary docks (vi) Other goverr~ental open space recreational uses 4) Enfor om~ent a) It is declared and unlawful for any person to violate any of the terms and provisions of this ordinance. Violation thereof shall be a misde- meanor. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. b) In the event of a violation or a threatened violation of this ordinance, Ramsey or the Com- missioner of Natural Resources, in addition to other r~nedies, may institute appropriate actions or procccdings to prevent, restrain, or abate such violations or threatened violations. c) Any taxpayer or taxpayers of Ramsey may insti- tutemandamasproceedings in the District Court to compel specificperformance by the proper official Ordinance J85-2 - 36 -
