I~EORGE MDROZm Mr. George Mopoz is proposing to construct an addition which will encroach on the required rear yard setback of his property at 6813 - 16?th Avenue NW. In addition, Mr. Moroz is requesting a variance from the off-street parking requirements. With the proposed addition, there would be a need for ?? parking spaces. Mr. Moroz is proposing a 49 space parking area. Ir, 1982, the City Council granted Mr. Moroz a second driveway to this property but noted that any further expansion of his operation would require a review of his driveway situation. Enclosure (D3-a) contains the following items for your information: a) Site location map b) Certificate of survey on the parcel c) Site plan for proposed addition d) Proposed findings of fact e) Proposed development agreement f) Excerpt of City Council meeting minutes of September 13,1982 Public hearing notice h) Properties notified of hearing Board P~:tionm Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the proposed findings of fact as well as approve/disapprove of this request.
