8. Buildable Lots Developer warrants that all lots in <br />the P.U.D. will be buildable and specifically Developer shall <br />bring to a buildable condition Lot 2 Block 1 and Lot 1 Block 3 of <br />the P.U.D. "Buildable condition" as used herein shall be as <br />determined by the City Engineer.
