The Association <br />shall provide for the maintenance and repair of the Common <br />Property. Maintenance and repair shall be determined and <br />implemented from time to time by the Board of Directors at <br />its sole discretion and assessed against the Owners <br />pursuant to Article Vl of this Declaration. <br /> <br /> Section 10.2 Damage by Owner.
