by the proceeds oF insurance carried by the Association or <br />such Owner or Occupant. <br /> <br />ARTICLE XV <br /> <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br /> Section 16.1 Duration. The covenants, restrictions, <br />conditions and reservations imposed and created by this <br />Declaration shall bind the Property For a period of thirty <br />(30) years From the date of the recordation of this <br />Declaration. After the expiration of said thirty (30) year <br />period, all of such covenants, restrictions, conditions and <br />reservations shall continue to run with and bind the <br />Property for successive periods of ten (lO) years unless <br />revoked by Members entitled to cast at least ninety percent <br />(90%) of each class of votes and evidenced by a recorded <br />instrument executed by a duly authorized officer of the <br />Association and such percentage of First Mortgagees as may <br />be required by Article XII. <br /> <br /> Section i5.2 FHA/VA approvals. As long as there is a <br />Class B membership, the following actions will require the <br />prior approval of the Federal Housing Administration or the <br />Veterans Administration: Annexation of additional <br />properties, dedication of Common Property, and amendment of <br />this Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. <br /> <br /> Section i5.3 Notices. Any notice required to be sent to <br />any person or an entity under the provisions of this <br />Declaration shall be deemed to have been properly sent when <br />mailed postpaid to the last known address of the person on <br />the records of the Association at the time of such mailing, <br />except For registrations pursuant to Section 3.1(b) which <br />shall be effective upon receipt by the Association. <br /> <br /> Section I5.4 Construction. This Declaration shall be <br />construed under the laws of the State of Minnesota. The <br />singular shall be deemed to include the plural wherever <br />appropriate, and unless the context clearly indicates to <br />the contrary, any obligations and dut,ies of the owners <br />shall be joint and several.
