MINNESOTA <br />DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br />FLIW~'~OOD HILLS' 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on the date specified <br />in paragraph 22(d) herein, by and between the CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota <br />(hereinafter the "City"), and the owners and the subdividers <br />indentified in paragraph 22(a) herein (hereinafter called the <br />"Developers"). <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developers are the owners of the <br />following described property situated in the City of Ramsey, <br />County of Anoka, State of Minnesota and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> See attached Exhibit "A", which exhibit consists of one <br />(1) typewritten page. <br /> <br />hereinafter "subject property". <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has approved the plat, of the <br />subject property which plat is known as FLINTWOOD HILLS 2ND <br />ADDITION, which plat has been approved by the City as a <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD), and is hereafter referred to as <br />"the plat". <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developers have submitted a petition <br />to the City requesting the construction of improvements on the <br />subject property, as follows: Sanitary sewer, storm drainage <br />facilities, watermains and appurtenances, streets with concrete <br />curb and gutter, street signs and traffic signs; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developers have requested the above <br />described improvements to be constructed in the first phase; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has reviewed and accepted a <br />feasibility report of Hakanson Anderson Associates Inc., City <br />Engineers and has ordered the preparation of final plans and <br />specifications for the requested improvements affecting the plat; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the City's Home Rule Charter <br />and Ordinance 84-13, the City has advertised and received bids <br />for the construction of said improvements affecting the plat and <br />will award a contract for the construction of said improvements <br />to the lowest responsible bidder; and <br /> <br /> <br />
