- 7 - <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT - FLINTWOOD HILLS 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br />this Contract, or any portion thereof, including court <br />costs and reasonable engineering and attorney's fees. <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />If any portion, section, subsection, sentence, clause, <br />paragraph or phase of this contract is for any reason <br />held to be invalid by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction, such decision shall not effect or void <br />any of the other provisions of this Contract. <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />The Developers acknowledge that they are aware that the <br />City of Ramsey is a charter City and that the City's <br />ordinances are subject to initiative and referendum <br />which procedures could delay and/or stop the <br />Developer's project and that the City Administration has <br />no control over this process. <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the Developer's General Partnership <br />Articles attached hereto as Exhibit "B", Elizabeth <br />Raudio and Norman D. Holm, each as individuals hereby <br />agree to be personally bound by the terms of this <br />agreement and to not remove themselves voluntarily from <br />the Flintwood Partnership or diminish their respective <br />ownership interest in said partnership without the prior <br />written consent of the Ramsey City Council. The purpose <br />of this provision is to insure the continuity of <br />management and financial responsibiliity of the <br />Developers and its partners as relates to the <br />development of the FLINTWOOD HILLS 2ND ADDITION plat. <br /> <br />(a) The term "Developers" as used herein refers to: <br /> <br />FLINTWOOD PARTNERSHIP, a Minnesota <br />partnership consisting of: <br /> <br />N.C. , Inc. <br />Elizabteh Raudio <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The address of the Developers for the purpose of <br />this Development Contract is: <br /> <br />FLINTWOOD PARTNERSHIP <br />c/o Norman Holm <br />700 Industry Boulevard <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />(c) The plat to which this Development Contract refers <br /> to is: <br /> <br />FLINTWOOD HILLS 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br />(d) The date to which this Development Contract refers <br /> to is: <br /> <br />June 12, 1985 <br /> <br /> <br />
