I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Enclosure D2-b ~85- 7 <br />Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOlUtION t85- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS (~85-7 G~RHAMS SANDY ACRES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted the 27th day of February, fixed a date for a Council <br />hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the following <br />streets: <br /> <br />1) Waco Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. <br />and 150th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />2) Xkimo Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. <br />and 150th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />3) Yakima Street N.W. between 153rd Avenue N.W. <br />and 150th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />4) Zuni Street N.W. lying between 153rd Avenue <br />N.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />5) 150th Avenue N.W. lying between Waco Street <br />N.W. and ~kimo Street N.W. <br /> <br />6) 150th Lane N.W. between the line of Xkimo <br />Street N.W. and the west line of Gorham's Sandy <br />Acres Estates <br /> <br />7) 151st Avenue N.W. between Yakima Street N.W. <br />and Zuni Street N.W. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks <br />published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was <br />held thereon on the 9th day of April, 1985, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br />thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA (D~NTY, STATE OF MINNF~, as follows.. <br /> <br /> 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />the Oouncil resolution adopted February 27, 1985. <br /> <br /> 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> <br /> <br />
