Enclosure D2-b $85-~ <br />Councilmember <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RE~UTION %85- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS (%85-9 HIGH POINT ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted the 27th day of February, fixed a date for a Council <br />hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the following <br />streets: <br /> <br />1) 155th Avenue N.W. between Zirconium Street <br />N.W. and Dolomite Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) 156th Avenue N.W. between Basalt Street N.W. <br />and Coquina Street N.W. <br /> <br />3) 157th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. <br />and Coquina Street N.W. <br /> <br />4) Dolomite Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. <br />and the north plat boundary of High Point. <br /> <br />5) Coquina Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. <br />and 157th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />6) Basalt Street N.W. between 155th Avenue N.W. <br />and 156th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />7) Zirconium Street N.W. between 155th Avenue <br />N.W. northeast to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />8) 156th Avenue N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. <br />and the west plat boundary of High Point. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks <br />published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was <br />held thereon on the 9th day of April, 1985, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard <br />thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, AN(FA(/N3NTY, S~TEOF~,asf~lows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />the Council resolution adopted February 27, 1985. <br /> <br /> 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improve~ue~nt. <br /> <br /> <br />
