Enclosure D2-b ~85- ~ o <br />Councilmembe r <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESC~UTI~ t85- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS (~85-10 OAKRIDGE ESTATES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted the 27th day of February, fixed a date for a Council <br />hearing on the proposed sealcoating improvement of the following <br />streets: <br /> <br />1) 163rd Avenue N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. <br />and Llama Street N.W. <br /> <br />2) Ferret Street N.W. between 161st Avenue N.W. <br />and Hedgehog Street N.W. <br /> <br />3) Hedgehog Street N.W. between 163rd Avenue N.W. <br />and Ferret Street N.W. <br /> <br />4) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 163rd Avenue N.W. <br />north to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />5) Kangaroo Circle N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. <br />N.W. (County Road ~83 north to its end at the <br />cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />6) 166th Circle N.W. between Marmoset Street N.W. <br />west to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />7) Marmoset Street N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. <br />N.W. and the north plat boundary of Woodlawn <br />Estates. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks <br />published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was <br />held thereon on the 9th day of April, 1985, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity 'to be heard <br />thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA(DUNTY, STATE OF~,asfollows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />the Council resolution adopted February 27, 1985. <br /> <br /> 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. Be shall prepare plans and <br />specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br /> <br />
