APPROVAL; CASE OF NORTH FORK.. INC.: <br /> <br />North Fork, Inc. has withdrawn their original plan and has sutmitted <br />a revised plan for 42 single family home lots. These lots are <br />proposed for the northwest corner of the property. Access to these <br />lots is proposed to be from Jarvis Street NW. City Staff will be <br />meeting with representatives from Elk River to review this. In <br />addition, the proposed street provides only one access to the <br />property. ~he proposed development agreement requires that the <br />developer construct an extension from a west cul-de-sac in the <br />development to connect with 164th Avenue ~ by July 1, 1986. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed this revised plan on June <br />4, 1985 and found it to be in substantial compliance with the plan <br />they originally reviewed and recommended approval of on April 2, <br />1985.
