AN ORDINAN~ AMENDING SECTION 170.012 "ZONING MAP AND DISTRICTS" OF f~APTER 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNEOSTA. The City Council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: SECTION 1. AMESDMENT The following described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Residential and RB-la Rural Business to Planned Unit Develop- ment (~JD): All of Section 18 except the west 50 rods of the South- west Quarter of the Northwest Quarter thereof and ex- cept the west 18 rods of the South 70 rods of the South- west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter thereof; also Government Lots 2 and 3 and that part of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19 lying northeasterly of the Northern Pacific Railroad Company right of way; also Government Lot 1, the west half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17; also Government Lots 1 and 2 of Section 20, all in Township 32 North, Range 25 West; also Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 10 and 13, in Auditor's Subdi- vision No. 33, Anoka County, Minnesota; also that part of the East half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 32, Range 25 lying southwesterly of Great Northern Railroad C~ right-of-way. SECTION 2. MAP The City's Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment tobe shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map," which map is adopted pursuant to Section 170.012 of Chapter 170.01 of SECTION 3.
