Such voting authority shall be valid until <br />revoked in writing by such Owners. <br /> <br />b. Class B Members. The Class B members shall be the <br />Declarant who shall be entitled to three (3) votes for <br />each Lot owned. The Class B membership shall cease and <br />be converted to Class A membership upon the occurrence <br />of the earlier of the Following (hereinafter called the <br />"Conversion Date"): <br /> <br /> (1) When the total votes outstanding in the Class <br />A membership equal the total votes outstanding in <br />the Class B membership, or <br /> <br />July 1, 1987. <br /> <br />ARTICLE IV <br /> <br />GENERAL RESTRICTIONS, OBLIGATIONS, AND RIGHTS <br /> OF OWNERS IN THE COMMON PI~ERTY <br /> <br /> Section 4.1 Owner's Right and Easements of Enjoyment, <br />Etc. SubJect to the provisions of Section 4.2, every Owner <br />shall have the Following nonexclusive, appurtenant rights <br />and easements of enjoyment over, under and upon the Common <br />Property: <br /> <br />a. For ingress or egress to and from public streets. <br /> <br />b. For access and use of utilities such as sewer, <br />water, power and telephone. <br /> <br />c. For enjo~ent and use For recreational purposes, <br />subject to reasonable regulation by the Association. <br /> <br />d. For parking as located and constructed by the <br />Declarant and as m~y be reasonably limited and <br />regulated by the Association. <br /> <br /> Section 4.2 Limitations on Owner's Rights and <br />Easements. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Owner's <br />rights and easements created hereby, the right of the <br />Association to govern the use and enjoyment of the <br />Property, and the right and title of the Association to the <br />Common Property, shall be subject to the Following: <br /> <br />a.
