WEST OF C[TjNTY RC~D 85 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City <br />Council adopted April 23, 1985, an updated report has been <br />prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Sakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. with reference the improuement of the following <br />street: <br /> <br />--167th Avenue N.W. between the line of C.S.A.B. <br /> ~5 and Jaspar Street N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this report was received by the Ramsey City <br />Gouncil on May 28, 1985, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all benefited property owners of the proposed <br />project are to be identified pursuant to Chapter 210.01 of the <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council has identified the <br />benefited property owners to be as follows: <br /> <br />Estate of James W.
