I I I I I I ,i I '.1 Councilmember moved for its adoption~ introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE UPDATED FEASIBILITY STUDY AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT (167th Avenue west of County Road e5) WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council adopted April 23, 1985, an updated report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of ~akanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the tarvia surfacing impr~ent of the follow~gstreet: a) 167th Avenue N.W. between the line of C.S.A.I~. e5 and Jaspar Street N.W. I I WHEREAS, the updated report was received by the Ramsey City Council on May 28, 1985, which report indicates the following: Estimated Total O~st of Project $40,000.00 Estimated Total Assessment per ~it (individual property c~mer oost) 2,365.00 Estimated Annual Asses~T~nt per ~%it (10 year ~rm) 384.79 NOW TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I 1) That the Ramsey City Coun'cil will consider the improvement of 167th Avenue N.W. between C.S.A.B. #5 and Jaspar Street N.W. I 2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the____ day of ...... , 1985 in the Council i Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 P.M. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of hearing such improvement as required by law to the benefited i property owners on the proposed improvement.B00] The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken I thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: I whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City (buncil this the ~ day of ~, 1985.
