I I I I I I I I I Councilmembe r for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved RESGLUTION ~85- RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS (WHISPERING PINES ~3 ~85-5) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on June 11, 1985, City Engineer, Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and specifications for the sealcoating improvement of the foll~ing streets: 1) 157th Lane N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. and Kangaroo Street N.W. 2) 158th Avenue N.W. between Hedgehog Street N.W. and Kangaroo Street N.W. 3) 158th Lane N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (County Road #83) west to its end at the cul-de- sac. 4) Eland Street N.W. between 158th Lane N.W. south to its end. 5) Ferret Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. and 158th Lane N.W. 6) Hedgehog Street N.W. between the north plat boundary and the south plat boundary of Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3. 7) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 157th Lane N.W. and 158th Lane N.W. and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA GOUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for twenty-one days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Administrator/Clerk until on Resolution ~85-
