I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Counci lmember for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved RES~UTION ~85- RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTIS~T FOR BIDS (OAKRIDGE ESTATES ~85-10) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on June 11, 1985, City Engineer, Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has prepared plans and specifications for the sealcoating improvement of the following streets: 1) 163rd Avenue N.W. between Ferret Street N.W. and Llama Street N.W. 2) Ferret Street N.W. between 161st Avenue N.W. and Hedgehog Street N.W. 3) Hedgehog Street N.W. between 163rd Avenue N.W. and Ferret Street N.W. 4) Kangaroo Street N.W. between 163rd Avenue N.W. north to its end at the cul-de-sac. 5) Kangaroo Circle N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. (County Road ~83 north to its end at the cul-de-sac. 6) 166th Circle N.W. between Marmoset Street N.W. west to its end at the cul-de-sac. 7) Marmoset Street N.W. between Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and the north plat boundary of Woodlawn Estates. and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for a~pr oval. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA GOUNTY, STATE OF M~, as follc~s: 1) Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a l~rt hereof, are hereby approved. 2) That the City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for twenty-one days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Administrator/Clerk until on Resolution ~85-
