Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption~ RESOLUTION t85- RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY FOR FOREST LAKE CONTRACTING, INC. (Project 184-18 AND t84-19 River's Bend Streets & 149th Avenue) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the City of Ramsey: Resolution t84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee property for municipal utilities, ~unicipal trunk facilities and streets) and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution 184-248 awarding the bid to Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. for the construction of 149th Avenue N.W.M.S.A.S. between the west plat boundary of River's Bend to Waco Street N.W.; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution 184-249 awarding the bid to Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. for the construction of streets and grading improvements to the plat of River's Bend; and W~EREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated June 18, 1985, Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $45,872.19. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA~, STATE OFMINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. for River's Bend Streets and 149th Avenue N.W. in the amount of $45,872.19. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this par'rial payment is not included in Resolution 185- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on June 18, 1985 approving payment of the bills for the month of June. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed oopy of this resolution.
