I I I I I I I i I I I I I i I i I I Councilmembe r and moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION #85- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAY FOR ARCON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (Project ~84-12 AND ~84-18 Trunk Sanitary Sewer) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted the following resolution approving the following project in the City of Ramsey: Resolution #84-41 adopted March 12, 1984 for River's Bend (formerly First Guarantee property for municipal utilities and municipal trunk facilities. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution ~84-191 awarding the bid to Arcon Construction Company for the oonstruction of Trunk Sanitary Sewer; and WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc. recommended partial payment in his letter dated June 18, 1985, Arcon Construction Company in the amount of $42,405.93. NC~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA (I)UNTY, STATE OF MINNE~, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes final payment to Arcon Construction Company for Trunk Sanitary Sewer in the amount of $42,405.93. 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution ~85- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on June 25, 1985, approving payment of the bills for the month~ June. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by
