Schnelle <br /> <br />CALL IO ORDER <br /> <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />Chairperson Schlueter called the Board of Adjustment to order at 7:49 p.m. <br /> <br />f&~ Regu_ est For Variance To Requ_ ired Rear Yard Setback: ~a.~e Of Mr. <br /> George Moroz: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. George Moroz and Mr. Geno Moroz were present. <br /> <br />fhairperson Schlueter stated that the applicant is proposing to construct an <br />addition that will encroach the required rear yard setback and is requesting a <br />variance to the setback and off-street p~rking. Chairperson Schlueter also <br />noted that the applicant was granted a second driveway in 1982 and at that time <br />it was noted that any further expansion would require a review of the driveway <br />situation. <br /> <br />Mr. Geno Moroz stated that the addition would for retail automotive parts <br />sales; the space would not be leased to a high sewer and water use business. <br /> <br />Mr. Geno Moroz noted that when 167th was constructed there was no drainage plan <br />and as a result all the drainage from 167th comes onto his property; request <br />that the City Engir~cr research a solution to that problem. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Oouncilmember Oox and Mr. Schnelle stated that the drainage problem should be <br />solved with Mr. Moroz' upgrading of his parking lot. <br /> <br />Motion by (bunci~r Sorteberg and seconded by (bunci~r (Dx to adopt <br />Findings of Fact 0109 for Mr. George Moroz' request for a variance to construct <br />in the rear yard setback and from the off-street parking requirements.
