When the Organization dete~ines to undertake <br /> an experimental improv~ent project, the costs of such project shall be the <br /> obligation of the Organization and not of the parties to this Agre~ent. <br /> <br /> 3.12 Insurance: The 6~ission may purchase property and public liability <br /> insurance as it may de~ n~cessary. <br /> <br /> 3.13 General: The Organization may take all such other actions as ar~ <br /> reasonably necessary and convenient to carry out the purposes of this Agree- <br /> ~nt. <br /> <br /> SECTION IV <br /> <br /> le~ination of Agreement <br /> <br /> 4.1 This Agre~ent ~y be te~inated by approval of two-thirds vote of <br /> the governing ~dies of each party hereto, provided that all such approvals <br /> <br />-lO- <br /> <br /> <br />
