The requirements are as follows: <br /> <br />Excavate the 30 feet wide easement between Lots 3 and 4, Block 4, <br />Menkveld's Country Park to a depth of 1.8 feet below the invert <br />of the street culvert at the north corner of Lot 3 a distance of <br />130 feet. The side slopes on the excavation should be tapered at <br />a 4:1 slope (4 feet horizontal to 1 foot verticle). <br /> <br />Grade the ditch on the south side of 163rd Lane N.W. from <br />the northwest corner of Lot 3 to the southwest corner of Lot 4 at <br />a depth of 1.8 feet below the street culvert at the north corner <br />of Lot 3. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Cut a swale along the west line of Lot 3 starting at the <br />northwest corner of Lot 3 continuing south approximatley 20 feet <br />to allow for runoff from Lots 2 and 3 to flow into the ditch and <br />drainage easement between Lots 3 and 4. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Ail slopes, swales, ditches must be restored with 3 inches of <br />topsoil and seed. <br /> <br />Attached is a sketch showing the required grading. <br />questions, please do not hesitate to call. <br /> <br />If you have any <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />HAKANSON ANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br />Peter R.
