R~tikka, P.E. <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />We have recently inspected the above referenced projects and found the <br />following deficiencies and/or imcomplete work: <br /> <br />1. Grout & clean all catch basins. <br /> <br />2. Sod ditches at 149th & 142nd turn lanes per Mn/Dot permit. <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />3. Sod yards at 149th by-pass per Mn/Dot permit. <br /> <br />4. Install bituminous curb on 149th by-pass. <br /> <br />5. Re-install fence at 14920 St. Francis Blvd. <br /> <br />6. Correct numerous bird baths, ripple marks, foot prints and bike <br /> tracks in curb. <br /> <br /> *Note: Curbs will be checked by running water in gutters prior <br /> final acceptance. <br /> <br />7. Broken curb top at Lot 1, Block 5. <br /> <br />8. Remove spilled bituminous from streets. <br /> <br />9. Remove all wire and sticks protruding from bituminous surface & <br /> patch resulting holes. <br /> <br /> 10. Seed & mulch right-of-ways as specified. <br /> <br /> 11. Due to the numerous coarse areas on 149th Avenue, 148th Avenue <br /> and Yakima Street, these streets will require seal coating. The <br /> final street surface must be structurally sound and aesthetic. <br /> lieu of seal coating, the contractor may escrow to the City for <br /> future seal coating. <br /> <br /> 12.
