Also, I have sent along the <br />recommendation for approval by the Commission's Treasurer, Jerry Dulgar. <br />The Joint Powers agreement does not require the approval by each City Council, <br />however, it is recommended the information be presented to the Councils. <br /> <br />In addition, I would like to inform each City Manager, that if it is not your <br />current policy to forward the minutes of the Commission's meetings to Council- <br />members, it is recommended to institute this procedure at this time. <br /> <br />If any person has questions or concerns regarding the budget, please feel free <br />to contact me. <br /> <br />Regar.~ls, <br /> <br /> <br />
