I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />DONALD NIEN(2~4 <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of , <br />1985, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City," and Mr. Donald Nienow, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," in oonjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a variance to construct an accessory structure of 864 square <br />feet, larger than allowed by City 0ode. <br /> <br />The variance is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant <br />agreeing to and complying with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the Applicant shall obtain all necessary permits <br /> before commencing his construction. <br /> <br />2. That the completion of the accessory structure shall <br /> be compatible with the the existing structure. <br /> <br />That the Applicant shall construct the structure in <br />accordance with all applicable City standards and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />That the Applicant shall use the accessory structure for <br />the storage of personal property and that no commercial <br />or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted <br />in said structure. <br /> <br />That the variance shall apply to that property legally <br />described as Lot 13, Block 4, Woodlawn Estates, and <br />generally known as 8426 164th Circle N.W., Ramsey. <br /> <br />6. That this development agreement shall be recorded as a <br /> part of the Applicant's ~c~. <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the variance granted <br />herein is subject to review at any time. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
