MEMO Ramsey Mayor. & City Council City Engineer June 18, 1985 Staff Report Status of Subdivisions: Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition: Project for Phase I improve- ments for Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition was awarded on June 11, 1985 contingent on the developer entering into a developer's agreement and posting the required escrow. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: A two-year exten- sion on Phase II of this plat was granted at your February 28, 1984 council meeting. Pondvale Estates: The streets in this development were paved on November 5, 1984. Final grading and restoration has not been completed to date. River's Bend: Arcon Construction Company has completed construction on the utilities in the project. Forest Lake Contracting is currently working on clean up and restoration of the streets. The final completion date on the street project was June 10, 1985. Northfork P.U.D.: The developer was granted approval on a 42 lot P.U.D. on June 11, 1985 contingent on meeting the requirements of the City Code. Ford Brook Estates: The final grading on this drainage project has not been completed due to high water levels and wet conditions. Pumphouse No. 1: This project is complete with the exception of a telephone alarm system. This will be completed in the next couple of weeks when Northwestern Bell provides service to the pumphouse. ~amsey Terrace Street Project: Bids for this project will be opened on June 21, 1985. The project award is scheduled to be made at the June 25, 1985 council meeting.
