I <br /> Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved <br />I fo£ its adoption: <br /> RESGLUTION %85- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN GENERAL FUND FOR <br />AIRPORT COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Airport Master Plan Agreement between the <br />City of Ramsey and Hakanson Anderson ASsociates, Inc. does <br />provide for three public hearing meetings in Phase lb of this <br />contract w~chare reimburseable items asfollows: <br /> <br />City' s share 20% <br />State' s share 80% <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Airport Commission has requested that this <br />required public hearing be held on August 21, 1985; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, these public hearing costs will be <br />reimburseable at the percentage stated above. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is requested that the Ramsey City Council <br />approve of the following budget amendment to cover these costs: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Transfer $600.00 General Fund Unallocated Activity <br />Line Item 101-8920-43199 to the following <br />accounts: <br /> <br />$375.00 to General Fund 'Airport Activity <br />101-1116-43022 and <br /> <br />$225.00 to General Fund Airport Activity <br />101-1116-43059 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RE~OLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA G007gTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the transfer of funds is hereby approved as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Transfer $600..00 General Fund Unallocated Activity <br />Line Item 101-8920-43199 to the following <br />accounts: <br /> <br />$375.00 to General Fund Airport Activity <br />101-1116-43022 and <br /> <br />$225.00 to General Fund Airport Activity <br />101-1116-43059 <br /> <br /> 2) That it is directed that the Accounting Department, <br />be furnished a copy of said resolution for their records to make <br />the appropriate entries to reflect this amendment in the 1985 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
